Buy and Win Rebate Contest Terms & Conditions: –
1) This contest is organized by Sangla Foods Sdn. Bhd. (collectively “Sangla”)
2) This contest is exclusively for Village Grocer only.
3) This contest is open to all Malaysians, except for the employees of Sangla and Sangla’s advertising and sales promotion agencies.
4) The redemption starts from 1st May – 30th June 2024
5) All entries must be received latest by 23:59:59 (Malaysia time), 30 June 2024
Any entries received after this period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be automatically disqualified.
6) To participate in the contest, contestants are required to follow the steps below: –
Step 1: Buy any Arnott’s Australia Imported products in a single receipt at any participating outlet in Malaysia during the promotion period.
Step 2: Scan QR code
Step 3: Fill and complete the form with personal details
Step 4: Snap a complete and clear photo of the receipt and click submit
Step 5: Wait for the results to be announced on Sangla Food’s Facebook page.
7) One receipt is entitled to one (1) entry. Entries that are duplicated, incomplete, late, or submitted without a valid receipt will not be considered.
8) Contestants may submit multiple entries; however, each contestant is limited to one (1) Grand prize.
9) Prizes are as per below.
• Grand Prize: Dreame Smart Robot Vacumm Cleaner worth RM 4,999 x 1
• Second Prize: T Jean Air Steamer Oven worth RM 699 x 4
• Consolation prize: TnGo credit worth RM 100 x 100 pax.
10) Winner will be notified by phone and email. The winner shall within 10 days from the date of email acknowledge the prize from Sangla, failing which Sangla reserves its right to select the next winning entry.
11) Eligible winners will be required to present an original receipt (with a matching unique receipt number as an entry) and proof of identification card for validation purposes during the collection of prizes.
12) Prizes are non-transferable & non-exchangeable for cash.
13) Winner(s) will be selected by Sangla at its sole discretion.
14) Sangla decisions on all matters relating to this contest is final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
15) Winners shall solely be responsible for any taxes or duties payable, insurance, delivery charges and other ancillary costs involved in winning or using any prize.
16) Sangla reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with alternative prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, other items or vouchers in part or in full.
17) All images and artworks used for the contest are for illustration purposes only.
18) By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official contest Terms & Conditions. Sangla reserves the right at their sole and absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any terms and conditions of the contest at any time without any prior notice and the terms and conditions as amended shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other material promoting or advertising this contest.

(a) By participating in this contest, all participants consent to allow Sangla to process and disclose to any third party, all personal data of the participant provided by the participant in this contest form for any purposes relating to this contest and any and all purposes relating to this contest and any and all other activity relating or arising from the course of business or businesses of Sangla including, without limitation for the running of this contest and or any event or publicity of the contest in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
(b) The participants acknowledge that Sangla is authorized to process the personal data provided pursuant to this contest in accordance with its privacy policy. We will not use or divulge your personal information other than for the purposes and to the parties set out above and/or where you have given us written permission.
